Jessica Sassmannshausen
Senior Lawyer
Jessica joined Bellman Legal in August 2025. Jess has expertise in all areas of law, including Wills & Estate, Litigation and will support our Property Law practice. Jess is eager to help both new and existing clients at Bellman Legal navigate their everyday legal matters.

Nicole is a Warrnambool local and after spending ten years in the retail industry, joined Bellman Legal in October 2023, in the role of Legal Assistant.
Nicole is married and a busy mum of three, who enjoys spending time with friends and family.

Kiernan’s practice areas include criminal law and court appearances, intervention orders, wills, estates, disputed wills and commercial leases. He appears at all Courts and Tribunals, including the Magistrates’ Court, County Court, Supreme Court and VCAT.
